We provide beauty & wellness treatments, slimming programmes, appointment bookings, and e-commerce of skin-care products (the “Services”).
Your use of the Website includes accessing information about Services, booking appointments, purchasing products, etc. All such bookings, purchases, and use of Services are subject to these Terms.
2. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website.
- You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account, Booking & Payments
- If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- For bookings: Once you make a booking for a Service via the Website, you agree to our booking and cancellation policy (see Section 6).
- For payments: All fees for Services or products must be paid via the approved payment methods on the Website. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

4. Products & Deliveries
- If we supply products via the Website, we will provide details of price, delivery method, estimated delivery time, etc.
- Title and risk in the products pass to you when the products are delivered to you.
- You must inspect products on delivery and notify us of any defects or damage within 3 days.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking for a Service by notifying us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Service fee.
- If you fail to attend your booking (a “no-show”), you may be charged the full cost of the Service.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Service booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff unavailability). In such cases, we will notify you and, if possible, offer an alternative appointment or a refund of any pre-paid fee.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- For product purchases: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return/exchange within 7 days, provided the product is unused, in the original condition and packaging.
- Delivery charges, custom duties or other fees may not be refundable.
- For Services: All Service fees are non-refundable once the Service has been provided. If you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, we may refund or credit you as per our discretion.
- Any refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, agents, suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
